My story

My story and how I achieved emotional and professional well-being

For over ten years I worked in high-performance corporate environments. I experienced firsthand the constant pressure, the extreme demands, the need to "keep going" even when the body and mind were begging for a break.

Along the way I understood something essential: stress is not an enemy, but it does need to be diagnosed and regulated from its structure, not just from the symptoms.

Years later, after delving deeper into neuroscience, coaching, functional breathing, and yoga therapy, I discovered tools that changed the way I work, live, and lead.
Today I work with a select group of professionals who, like me before, need to identify what is broken and redesign it without burning out their lives to fix it.
